May 2003 - St. Elizabeth School has once
again received a Learning Technology Grant from the New York State Department of
Education. This is the seventh year the school has partnered with PS 32 in the
Bronx to receive this grant. Students will continue an ongoing project of
utilizing robots, maintaining an aquarium, planting, and projects integrated
with our Peace Garden. They will work with Young McDonald’s Farm in Dover
Plains, New York. The approximately $20,000 grant will be used for hardware,
software and professional development for teachers.
