May 9, 2007 - The
Friends of Nick Foundation awardedfour-year
high school scholarships to eighth graders Hector Marmolejos and Simona
Diamantopoulos, who will attend All Hallows and Mother Cabrini High Schools
respectively. The scholarships culminated a full-year program in which the
Foundation sponsored a curriculum for eighth graders on
character-building, as well as a series of evening workshops with the students
and their parents. The Foundation is named after the late Nick Forstmann,
benefactor of Archdiocesan programs.
