November 2003 -
Congratulations to those students who were
chosen to for basketball camps this past August. Eighth grader Stephanie
Santiago and seventh graders Johnalyn Cartagena and Lisa Rodriguez attended camp
at Manhattan College in the Bronx. Eighth graders Francisco Feliz and Juan
Hernandez, and sixth grader Brian McMahon attended camp at Lehman College in the
Bronx. It was a fun and rewarding experience for all of the students.
Led by sixth grade teacher Michael O’Boyle and the other
coaches, both the girls’ and boys’ teams are looking forward to successful
seasons, beginning this November. Be sure to check the website for schedules and
