2000-2001 School Year

As part of our two Learning Technology
grants from the NYS Education Department,      fifth-graders study aquatic life and use
robots to monitor and control maintenance
     systems. Kindergarten and first-graders learn
about research and written and verbal
presentations as they experience the concept
     of 100.

Our school is very
proud of the 53 kinder-
garten students and
56 eighth-graders who
graduated from St.
Elizabeth School this
June. At the eighth   grade ceremony,
Esperanza Abreu was
honored upon her
retirement after 27
years as a teaching
assistant. Melissa
received the
Peacemaker Award and
the Sr. Mary Scanlon
scholarship.
